Gel Application Instructions 22% Strength
1. Brush your teeth.
2. Insert a thin layer of gel into the whitening tray.
3. Place over teeth and wear for 45 minutes to 1 hour per treatment. It is not recommended to
wear trays overnight.
4. Brush teeth, rinse whitening trays and place them in the protective storage case.

1. Brush your teeth.
2. Smile to expose teeth. Apply a thin layer of gel directly on to your exposed teeth with a
cotton swab or finger tip.
Caution: Use great care to avoid your gum tissue. Contact with gum tissue could cause
irritation and burning.
3. Place the whitening tray on teeth (over the gel) and wear for 5 - 10 minutes per treatment.

Brite Impressions Custom Tray System
The steps to taking your own impressions are very simple. But, accuracy does matter, so we give you step-by-step
instructions with photos. It could not be easier!
1. Take both balls of putty out of their containers and knead them together with the tips of your fingers until they become
one uniform color. With no white areas showing. (approx. 45 sec.)
2. Roll the putty into a 2 inch long tube shape and place it into the tray.
3. In front of mirror, place the tray in your mouth so that your upper teeth are positioned in the middle of the front 2 walls
of the tray.
4. Once your teeth are positioned, place your 2 thumbs under the tray and push it up evenly onto teeth.
5. After holding tray in your mouth for 2 minutes, slowly pull the tray down and extract it from your mouth.
6. Inspect the impression and make sure that you have captured the tops of your teeth and you can see a clear gum
line. (the arches at the top of your teeth).
7. Repeat the steps for your bottom teeth.
8. Place impressions in the pre-addressed mailer provided and mail them to Brite Impressions Dental Lab.
